Under the laws of California and some other U.S. states, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information and of “sharing” it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, as those terms are defined in those laws. Browser signals
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser, to the extent required by law. If you are not logged in, we may only be able to apply your preference to that browser, not to you.
Authorized agents
You may have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf using either method above. We may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity.
