Position:Â Luxury Events Coordinator
Location:Â Remote - Extensive Travel Required in North America & Europe
About the Role:
We are seeking a Luxury Events Coordinator to help craft and deliver exceptional, high-end experiences for our exclusive community of SDR leaders. In collaboration with our seasoned Event Manager, you will support the planning and execution of approximately 30 upscale dinners each year across major cities in North America and Europe, as well as assist in creating a series of ultra-premium leadership events. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury retail or hospitality, be warm and personable, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to connect with guests on a personal level.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Event Planning:
Work closely with the Event Manager to coordinate event logistics—venue research, vendor communication, menu selection—while maintaining detailed records to ensure seamless, on-time execution. - Guest Outreach & Relations:
Identify, invite, and confirm attendance of top SDR leaders, ensuring professional and attentive communication. Maintain organized guest lists, track dietary preferences, and respond promptly to inquiries. - On-Site Hosting:
Attend all dinners, greeting guests warmly and managing guest flow. Anticipate and address on-site needs to create a polished, welcoming, and memorable experience. - Premium Experience Support:
Assist in delivering four ultra-premium events annually by helping refine every detail—from elevated culinary options to unique entertainment—and ensuring all elements run smoothly. - Post-Event Follow-Up:
Provide timely follow-up communications, gather feedback, and maintain organized data to continually improve future events.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium events preferred (but not required).
- SDR Experience preferred (but not required).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Warm, personable presence, with the ability to engage senior-level professionals and make guests feel genuinely valued.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across North America and Europe.
- Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving, and eagerness to learn alongside an experienced Event Manager.

Additional Information
- Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Founder, Sam Nelson, and collaborate with the events team.
- Travel: Approximately 35% travel is expected for hosting dinners and attending events in major cities across the U.S. and internationally to host events and grow our global community.
- Location Flexibility:Â Remote - Washington and Texas are ideal, but we are open to any location
