I have a unique situation where I have personally received a very large surge of requests for consulting that I cannot fulfill by myself.
Since most of the best sales development minds in the world are current practitioners in this group...
So I want to try a crazy experiment :)
Do Sales Development Consulting
All verified members (if you haven't done this yet do it!) will see a new resource when you log in called: "Do Sales Development Consulting"
In that resource you will find a google doc of a "Bio" where you will
- Make a copy of the sheet
- Paste into your own google docs,
- Fill in some details
- Send a public link to the google doc of your bio in the space provided.
(It's simple, the process will be clear when you go to the resource.)
Then share directly with [email protected] so I get the notification.
I will reach out to individuals that I think would be a good fit specific consulting assignments.
The most important aspects for being selected:
- Have you personally driven results with any of the processes or frameworks mentioned in the bio? How successful were you?
- Are there any Friday meeting videos where I can watch you communicate Sales Development strategy? (you may put links to any videos/timestamps, this will significantly improve your odds)
- List as many niche industries and situations as possible you have been in as possible!
The amount if time in seat as a leader, or level of leadership achieved, or whether you have done consulting before is not as important the points above.

Friday Meetings are up on SDRLeader.com!
All the Friday meeting videos are now published on our new site! The resource is called "SDR Leader Friday Meetings." I wanted to get this ready before I brought up the consultant thing, because then it's easy to put links to videos and timestamps of when you communicate in the consulting bio.
Also, now that these are up, you can binge them all and easily become a walking encyclopedia of what's current in SDR Leadership! Or just scan through and find whatever is most relevant to you. We have covered a lot of topics!
Dinners:
We will officially be doing our first-ever dinners in Boston and New York on August 30 and Sept. 1. Thank you to the many leaders from those citied who applied for verification! Number 1 was actually SF, but for simplicity of my travel I am doing these two first. SF will happen though!
So who gets to go?
There will be 20 seats at each dinner. 10 seats will be reserved for our wonderful sponsor, Outreach, wants to invite.
The other 10 will be given to SDRLeader.com members who have been great supporters of the group. Invitations will be extended first according priority in this order:
- Verified members in order of who submitted their application first
- Members who have participated in Friday meetings in the past (I have done decent record-keeping on this, but not perfect, so I will do the best I can.)
- Other SDRLeader.com members in the area in a random order given to me by Sales Navigator.
Both dinners will happen at 7:00 ET
