We have strict criteria:

• An "Outbound SDR" (most opportunities created through outbound prospecting)
• At current company for at least 7 months
• #1 At company for the metric quota is based on
• Outperformed at least 9 other SDRs

All nominations will be independently vetted by SDRLeader.com. If we cannot independently corroborate these criteria with another leader at the company, the candidate will not be accepted. Some qualified candidates will not be accepted for this reason, but it is the only way to maintain the 100% accuracy of the network.
